Alix Earle is addressing her viral interaction with ex Braxton Berrios that occurred over the weekend during a pre-F1 Miami Grand Prix party
In a video from the Sports Illustrated x Authentic Brands Group party, Earle and Berrios were spotted looking cordial and chatting

Alix Earle is breaking down a recent interaction between her and her ex-boyfriend Braxton Berrios that went viral over the weekend.On April 30, the TikTok star, 25, and the Houston Texans wide receiver, 30, were spotted conversing at the Sports Illustrated x Authentic Brands Group party at The Surf Club Restaurant in Miami. In a video of the event posted on TikTok, the former couple could be seen chatting amidst crowds at the party. Berrios hugged Earle and gave her a kiss on the cheek, and the two chatted briefly.In a video posted to her TikTok page a few days later, the influencer broke down some of the events of the weekend, including the circumstances that led to the pair's viral reunion moment.

In the May 2 clip, Earle explained that, while partaking in the pre-Miami Grand Prix festivities over the weekend, she and her group of friends showed up at the Surf Club party, and were immediately informed that Braxton was also already at the party."I didn't want to be awkward, lingering around, so I just ripped the Band Aid off and was like, 'I'm gonna go up and say hi,'" Earle explained, while sitting in a makeup chair getting ready for more F1 events. "I only had, like, two sips of a drink, so this was good for me," she added.Earle also made sure to clarify that she and Berrios were on "good terms" and that the interaction had been pleasant. The content creator, who has 8.5 million followers on the social video platform, also laughed as she made a comment about the angle of the video captured of the two's conversation, which had become a topic of conversation on social media, for how clear and well-angled it was.
"How do people get those videos? I don't understand. I didn't say I don't understand," she said. Earle also broke down some of the other events of her evening, including that she had been asked on a date by another person. In addition to their Surf Club run-in, Earle and Berrios were also both spotted separately at the Amex x Carbone Beach party over the same weekend.The conversation marked the first time that the former couple had been seen publicly interacting since news of their split broke nearly six months ago. While this was the public's first glimpse of the two interacting, Earle confirmed in February that the pair had reunited quickly while in attendance at the Palm Tree Music Festival in Aspen, Colo. PEOPLE previously reported that the two had been spotted at the same Palm Tree Pre-Party at Kemo Sabe hosted by SipMARGS, the beverage brand in which the two are investors. Earle recalled the weekend in a Feb. 25 TikTok.“I was really emotional the first night. We were in the same place, but we didn't say hi to each other, just 'cause I don't want to, like, go up and annoy him," she said at the time.

Earle and Berrios split in December 2025, with multiple sources confirming the news of the breakup to PEOPLE. Earle and Berrios's relationship first began after the influencer and the Houston Texans wide receiver met at a party around February 2023. Earle and Berrios — who was playing for the Miami Dolphins at the time — seemingly confirmed their relationship when they made their red carpet debut at the 2023 ESPY Awards that July.

Following their breakup, Earle was spotted out and about in St. Barths with former Patriots quarterback, 48-year-old Tom Brady, on Dec. 31, as they celebrated New Year's Eve.
Over Super Bowl weekend, Earle and Brady reunited in San Francisco, where they were spotted dancing and chatting at a party, with a source telling PEOPLE that Earle and Brady are "hooking up."
Reps for Earle and Brady have not commented on the relationship to PEOPLE.
