The new season of 7 Little Johnstons will give a closer look at Elizabeth Johnston‘s journey to becoming a mom of two.

The TLC star gave birth to her second baby, a boy named Coleman Brice Johnston Bolden, on Sept. 8. She and her husband, Brice Bolden, 25, are also parents to 2-year-old Leighton.

Ahead of the series’ new season premiere on Nov. 17, fans got a peek at what to expect in a jam-packed trailer shared on Friday, Oct. 23, including Elizabeth’s pregnancy journey.

In the clip, Elizabeth discusses the complications that can arise from having a C-section, which she would undergo due to her achondroplasia, or short-limbed dwarfism.

“Brice had to be the one to listen to the doctors saying, ‘In case your wife comes out not breathing, what would you like us to choose?’ ” said Elizabeth in the clip.

The video then cuts to Brice in a confessional saying, “If something were to go wrong during delivery, I probably wouldn’t be prepared.”

Viewers see Elizabeth’s determination to make it through in a conversation with Brice.

“I got to come back,” she said. “I got to be there for you. I got to be there for my kid.”

Then, as Elizabeth gets driven to the hospital on the morning of her scheduled C-section, viewers hear her say, “I am a wreck.”

Elizabeth spoke to PEOPLE in June 2024 about her hopes of having a sibling for Leighton.

“I think one day when Leighton’s a little older, maybe closer to school, I can convince him [Brice] for us to just have one more,” she said at the time. “One more try for a little person is what I tell him.”

“Just for us to try, because we would definitely be stoked about having one average and one little someday,” she continued. “It would be hilarious for us to have a boy version of me since we have a girl version of Brice.”
