Firehouse Subs is trolling their competitors.
The restaurant chain has announced that they will offer one free medium Steak & Cheese Melt to "every Mike in America" on Wednesday, May 6.
The promo pokes fun at their sandwich-selling rival, Jersey Mike's. Through this special one-day offer, any guest named Mike, Michael, Mikey, Miguel, Michelle, Michele, or Michaela will receive a free Steak & Cheese Melt — Valid IDs required.

Firehouse's new Steak & Cheese melt features flame-seared USDA Choice prime rib, with melty provolone cheese, brown sugar caramelized onions, and red and green bell peppers. The hearty sandwich carries 42 grams of protein.

In a promotional video for the offer, a chef can be seen crafting the sandwich, declaring it "just for Mike".
