It’s been a big month for Canadian actor Hudson Williams. Following the success of his show Heated Rivalry, Williams and his co-star Connor Storrie became major celebrities overnight. Now, the duo is set to present at the Golden Globes—and Williams arrived on the red carpet looking stylish in a deconstructed tuxedo. He accessorized with a Bulgari Serpenti necklace, and hoop earrings.

The Serpenti, first introduced in 1948, is a “a symbol of power and seduction, but it is also transformative,” as Bulgari’s creative director Lucia Silvestri previously told T&C. Over the decades, the snake motif has become a symbol of the famed jewelry house.

In Heated Rivalry, Williams’s character Shane Hollander famously gets a stylist in the fifth episode. Working with his own stylist, Williams told Harper’s Bazaar, is “reference-based.” He explained, “I have a wide palette of different celebrities I like. We say like, ‘Maybe here I could do a Tyler, The Creator thing. Maybe we could work towards that. Maybe here we do like a Jacob Elordi thing, or John F. Kennedy Jr., or Princess Diana.’ We got, like, Zoe Kravitz. There’s just a lot of pulls that I like.”

His style icons are just as varied: “When I’m thinking like a classic man, I like [Ryan] Gosling. Then, growing up, I liked Rihanna. She was in touch with her sexuality, but she could still do high fashion. And then I just love Old Hollywood. You know, you have your suit on; you have a cigar in one hand, a good scotch in the other. And then A$AP Rocky, too. I think he was always a touchstone. Whatever he does, he's never done something wrong.”
