For Olivia Rodrigo fans who may have been disappointed that the pop star didn’t attend the 2026 Met Gala, here’s some consolation: She made it out for an after-party.
The singer—who last appeared at the Met Gala back in 2023—was spotted arriving at Saint Laurent’s post-gala bash at New York City’s People’s Bar. For the fashion-filled occasion, Rodrigo broke her pink streak in order to wear a vintage gem.

Her outfit consisted of a hand-knit, teal blue minidress from Vivienne Westwood’s 1994 fall runway collection. The piece featured an array of funky details: a wavy pattern down the body, frilly ruffles along the neckline and hem, blonde straw-like fringe adorning the ends of the sleeves, and a patchwork of multi-colored knit flowers embroidered on one side of the bust. Rodrigo let her dress do most of the talking by keeping the rest of her outfit to a minimum. She eschewed jewelry and wore strappy nude heels. Beauty-wise, she styled her shoulder-length hair into a side part with bouncy Old Hollywood-style curls, and finished her look off with berry-pink lipstick.

Rodrigo has recently stepped out in a slew of pink looks to promote her forthcoming third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love. While doing double duty on Saturday Night Live last weekend, she opened the show in a custom Nina Ricci dress awash in a vibrant shade of bubblegum pink. And during a surprise appearance at Addison Rae’s Coachella set, Rodrigo took the stage in low-rise jeans and a baby-pink leather bra.
The singer talked about making her third album in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last year. “I love being creative. It’s truly my favorite thing,” she said. “Touring is wonderful, and everything else about my job is really great, but being able to write and have a feeling in your brain and an idea and be able to flesh it out and make it into something that can exist in the real world is just such a wonderful, euphoric, addicting feeling. I’m having a good time in the studio and having fun and playing around. It’s been really enjoyable.”
