First Lady Melania Trump made waves as she debuted a fresh new look during her first public appearance in over a month.

On August 20, the 56-year-old raised eyebrows over her seemingly age-defying complexion as she delivered remarks at an event unveiling the expansion of a foster care program. The gathering, hosted in the Rose Garden at The White House, centered on the newly launched "Foster the Future" initiative, which supports people aging out of the foster care system.

At the occasion, she appeared hand-in-hand with Trump during her first outing since July 19, dressed in a light blue blouse, complemented by a striking red pencil skirt and matching red stiletto heels. Throughout the appearance, countless observers were left stunned by her remarkably smooth complexion, with many speculating whether she had received any recent cosmetic treatments.

It comes after Karoline Leavitt accidentally humiliated the first lady as she returned to public life.

Now, one plastic surgery specialist has offered her professional opinion on what procedures she suspects Melania may have undergone. In an interview with The Irish Star, Medical Director of Cosmedics Dr. Ross Perry noted, "In the newer-looking image, Melania's face appears particularly smooth through the forehead and upper face, while the cheeks and lower face have a relatively firm appearance."

While acknowledging that Melania's complexion appeared refined and virtually line-free, the specialist did not believe the former model had received a facelift.

She explained, "However, those observations cannot early distinguish between natural anatomy, make-up, injectables such as Botox, of filler. If a facelift has been done, then I'd expect to see more tautness to the face, so I suspect the biggest difference here could be down to the blonde hair and possible non invasive tweakments."

While numerous experts suspect she may have had some cosmetic work done to preserve her youthful appearance through the years, Melania has firmly rejected these suggestions, crediting her looks to a healthy lifestyle instead.

Speaking to GQ magazine, Melania said, "I didn't make any changes. A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn't do anything. I live a healthy life.

"I take care of my skin and my body. I'm against Botox, I'm against injections; I think it's damaging your face, damaging your nerves. It's all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does."

Melania has revealed that she adheres to a rigorous health-focused eating plan centered around fresh organic ingredients, well-rounded meals, and occasional indulgences, and has notably disclosed that she aims to consume at least seven portions of fruit daily.

Melania has denied getting any cosmetic work done

In a widely-shared Facebook post, Melania revealed her go-to smoothie recipe, describing it as her "every day delicious and healthy breakfast." The beverage featured spinach, celery, carrots, blueberries, apple, orange juice, lemon juice, fat-free yogurt, olive oil, flax seeds, omega-3, and vitamin D.

Beyond keeping up a nutritious diet, Melania also makes exercise a priority, revealing that she incorporates pilates, tennis, treadmill walking, and even wearing ankle weights while going about her daily household routine into her regular fitness regimen.

Meanwhile, Melania’s true feelings about her husband’s glamorous assistants were revealed.
