Simone Biles broke down in tears as she and her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, sold their lavish Texas home.
The 29-year-old Olympic gold medalist revealed on Tuesday that the couple's 3,998-square-foot home in a gated community near Spring, Texas, sold just four days after being listed.
Biles shared an emotional video on TikTok documenting the couple's real estate journey, becoming tearful as she reflected on the sale. "Why the f--- am I boohoo crying? F---," Biles said through tears. It comes just weeks after Biles opened up on her mysterious absence from her husband's NFL games.

"This house will be on the market for the first time and I don't know why I'm boohoo crying. I was here for six years, and I feel like there were just so many good memories, so many bad memories. But I feel like I grew up in this house. It's made me a real adult, so I'm gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn't think I'd be emotional about a house."
Biles gave viewers a tour of the empty rooms and backyard before sharing a heartfelt message for the home's future owners. "Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me," she said.

She also expressed surprise that the property sold within days of being listed, having moved in with Owens in 2020. "I was so excited to put in air fresheners for the potential buyers & showing Jonathan the last look," Biles captioned the video. "I just cried instead... anyone else?"

The property was listed for $1.275 million and sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors, which does not publish exact sale prices.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on just over an acre and features a heated backyard swimming pool, sauna, dog-washing station and custom wine wall with a refrigerator. Additional features include a waterfall island kitchen with quartz countertops, a hidden pantry, a spa-inspired primary bathroom and an oversized three-car garage.

Biles clarified in the comments that the property was not the couple's newly built mansion, which is also located in Spring, Texas.
The Olympic champion announced in November 2025 that their custom-built home was complete, following a design process that began in 2020. The project took more than a year to design, with construction delayed until February 2022 while the couple awaited homeowners association approval. The mansion was finally completed on November 11, 2025, after nearly three years of construction.
Biles and Owens married in April 2023 after meeting on dating app Raya in March 2020, when Owens was playing for the Houston Texans. The couple got engaged in February 2022. They also own a home in Chicago, Illinois, while Owens currently plays for the Indianapolis Colts during the NFL season.
Her update comes only weeks after the US Open crowd made its feelings clear on her presence.
